For rent is a luxury house for 17-22 guests.
In high season, we rent the entire for a single group of travellers.
Off season, we are able to rent individual rooms upon arrangement.
Located in Tylmanowa, an amazing town 10 km from Szczawnica and 100 km from Kraków, the house is spacious, open for tourists all throughout the year, and developed and arranged in a typical Polish highland style.
Unforgettable experience only 200 m from the Dunajec River, at the foot of Gorce Mountains, is guaranteed. Serenity, plenty of greenery, and safety as the house stands on a fenced plot, is what you will find here for sure.
The entire facility - house and plot - is for your exclusive use. If you love tranquillity and breathtaking views, then this place will meet all your expectations.
The house includes 6 bedrooms: 1 four-bed suite with private bathroom and balcony, 3 double bedrooms with double beds and balconies, and 2 bedrooms in the attic for 3 and 4 guests.
Downstairs, there is a fully fitted kitchen, dining room and initmate living room with fireplace. Everyone will fit at the large wooden dining table. The living room features a direct exit to the terraces outside the house.
All that a big group of guests may need, for their stay to be memorable, is certainly in the facility.
On the lowest level, there is a spacious billiards room, another fireplace and exit to the terrace. Our facility is excellent for team events. The billiards room has a billiards table, collector's Indiana Jones pinball machine (absolutely favourite entertainment of both adults and kids), foosball, and professional audio system to play music or karaoke.
The room comes at extra charge.
In winter, the house is heated with maintenance-free fireplace to guarantee warmth during the coldest days. And keeping the fire burning is therefore a pleasure for our guests, not a nuisance.
The house is surrounded with roomy terraces where you will enjoy stunning views of the forest and mountains.
Outdoor, you will have wooden tables and benches, barbecue facilities and a fire ring.
The house is a neighbour to a hill, forest and meadows, off the main roads. It is at the end of an internal road.
Your closest neighbours will be 3 lovely sheep graze in a nearby meadow.
Pets are allowed and welcome.
One-time dog fee is PLN 50.
The area offers multiple attractions and leisure activities all throughout the year.
Numerous hiking and cycling trails encourage to explore the scenic Pieniny and Gorce mountains and to climb their famous peaks as Trzy Korony (Three Crowns), Sokolica and Lubań.
The nearby Dunajec river is popular for rafting on traditional wooden rafts. You can also admire the river and the breathtaking mountains around from a kayak or inflatable boat. Dunajec is called the queen of Polish rivers and is also one of the best fisheries in this area of trout and grayling.
If you plan on sightseeing, the nearby castles in Niedzica and Czorsztyn, the Červený Kláštor (Red Monastery) in Slovakia, and many beautiful old churches and chapels in the area guarantee great experience.
Lake Czorsztyn is an excellent area to sunbathe and swim in summer or go on sightseeing cruise.
The region is famous for its many thermal pools nearby: the Gorący Potok in Biały Dunajec, Thermal baths in Szaflary, Terma Bania thermal pools in Białka Tatrzańska, or the Chochołowskie Termy thermal baths in Chochołów.
You must also visit Szczawnica - a popular resort town with numerous spa attractions such as the spa park, mineral water pump room, and a multitude of beauty and health treatments in the local spa.
We also recommend spending winter in Tylmanówka - scenic landscapes encourage long walks yet skiers certainly love the nearby slopes: Czorsztyn-Ski in Kluszkowce (most recomended by us), Palenica ski centre in Szczawnica, or Jaworki-Homole ski centre.
