Welcome to Wiśniowy Sad - a new resort in the quiet part of Kudowa Zdrój. Apartments: Two independent 45 sq meters apartments are available on the ground floor of the building. Each consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom. In the kitchenette there is a ceramic stovetop and a fridge. The apartment has the capacity to comfortably accommodate 4-5 people. There is Wi-Fi and TV in each apartment, too. Guest rooms: Upstairs, we offer comfortable double en-suites with TVs and Wi-Fi access. Extra bed is optional in each room. A spacious kitchenette is open for your use, where you will have a ceramic stovetop, a microwave oven, a fridge with a freezer, a toaster, kettles and the necessary tableware. A garden with a barbecue patio is open behind the building. Children have a sandbox, swings and a large trampoline to play outdoors. You will park your vehicle at the building. Welcome to Wiśniowy Sad - a new resort in the quiet part of Kudowa Zdrój.

Apartments:

Two independent 45 sq meters apartments are available on the ground floor of the building. Each consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom. In the kitchenette there is a ceramic stovetop and a fridge. The apartment has the capacity to comfortably accommodate 4-5 people. There is Wi-Fi and TV in each apartment, too.

Guest rooms:

Upstairs, we offer comfortable double en-suites with TVs and Wi-Fi access. Extra bed is optional in each room. A spacious kitchenette is open for your use, where you will have a ceramic stovetop, a microwave oven, a fridge with a freezer, a toaster, kettles and the necessary tableware. A garden with a barbecue patio is open behind the building. Children have a sandbox, swings and a large trampoline to play outdoors.

You will park your vehicle at the building. The centre of Kudowa Zdrój is only 15 minutes away, and the Spa Park is about 1.2 km from the facility. If you wish to visit Prague, Adrsprach, Vienna and the nearby Stołowe Mountains, we will gladly help you get organized. In the neighbourhood you will have grocery stores, a bakery, exchange offices and petrol stations.The Zieleniec SKI Arena is only 15 km from the resort.

Prices depend on the season:

- from 25 April to 30 September, holidays, New Year's period:

double room with bathroom - PLN 100 / night

4-6 bed apartment - price starts at PLN 220 / night, depending on the number of people.

- off season - price to be settled individually.

We do not provide board. The facility is monitored.

The check-in begins at 3 p.m. on arrival day, and the check-out ends at 11 a.m. on departure day.

We also charge the tourist tax (obligatory according to local authorities and regulations).

We charge a 20% deposit as the confirmation of your reservation.

Pets are allowed and welcome.
