The Bystrzyckie Mountains are our small Lower Silesian Bieszczady Mountains.

Owing to this, you can feel almost like at home.

Spend your holiday in the Bystrzyckie Mountains in our independent apartment in a traditional cottage located in the centre of the Kłodzka Basin, featuring many tourist attractions. We offer a very independent form of holidays. We recommend unique tourist attractions located only in the Kłodzka Basin.

Our farm is located at the boundary of Nowa Bystrzyca near Bystrzyca Kłodzka, outside the compact developed area, in the direction of the Spalona Pass. The premises of 3 ha offer a lot of space. The surrounding meadows provide for total freedom!

The Apartment comes with equipment allowing for preparation of own meals. With the sense of freedom of our Guests in mind, instead of single rooms, we offer an independent 3-room holiday Apartment available all year round (70 m2) with all necessary equipment (large refrigerator 190 cm, electric kettle, dishes, utensils, 4-burner gas stove, microwave, two-part sink). Hot water from an electric boiler in the bathroom (80 l) and kitchen (5 l). Heating: in the living room with kitchen: tiled wood-burning stove, in the rooms and bathroom - electric. The Apartment upstairs features a living room with kitchenette (25 m2) with a double bed (180x200cm) and two walk-through rooms (12 m2 each), hall, and large bathroom. Hall downstairs (25 m2).

Here you will find: peace and quiet, mountain air, healthy spring water in the tap, rustling of a mountain stream, forests rich in forest fruit and animals. Perfect for persons loving peace and quiet and mountain treks. Also a great place for cycling trips along the Polish-Czech border.

Our Guests have access to a roofed summer kitchen with running water, lighting, fireplace, and barbecue, allowing for preparing own meals. Terrace at the house.

Parking lot for 5 cars in the premises, in front of the house (included in the price).

Camping space. In summer, outdoors – warm shower! – owing to the application of a solar battery.

Mountain shelter Jagodna 5 km away on the Spalona Pass offers meals.

Near the mountain shelter (depending on snow conditions) cross-country skiing trails are maintained, and a skiing equipment rental functions, as well as a 300 m drag lift.

PRICE LIST and booking and stay conditions:

Price: from 50 PLN /person/night (bed sheets included in the price) for rental of the Apartment, arranged individually, depending on the term and number of persons (max. 8 Guests).

In the case of stay of only 2 persons: from 90 PLN/person/night

The specified prices are not valid during prolonged weekends, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and summer school holidays (July, August)

Booking (telephone/e-mail)

Booking is confirmed after making a transfer to the bank account within 3 days from the date of booking (unless agreed otherwise) to the amount of 35% of the price of stay.

In the case of cancellation of stay in the booked term, the deposit is not returned.

In the case of reduction of duration of the stay, the price for the entire booked period is charged.

The remaining amount is payable by transfer to the bank account 7 days before arrival, or by cash on arrival.

We don't accept pets.

We provide firewood for the stove in the winter season (1.10-1.05).

Firewood for barbecue in the outdoor fireplace is not provided (the Guests organise it for themselves: charcoal, branches collected in the forest).

Smoking is forbidden in the rooms and common rooms.

Free of charge parking in the premises.
