Villa Sanja is situated on the Adriatic Coast, 29 km east from town Split, the second largest city in Croatia and the capital of Dalmatia region, in the direction Makarska near Omis (8 km)!

This area is especially attractive for summer holiday because of its beautiful natural beaches, crystal clear waters, forests and the pleasant Mediterranean climate!
Lokva Rogoznica offers plenty of shade in bays surrounded by pine trees!
Our house, offering you double rooms, balconies and parking lots, is only 50 meters from the beach.
We offer you double rooms with use of a big shared kitchen with fridges, several stoves, plates(for desert, dinner and soup), salat bawls, plastic bawls, glasses, knives,

woodden, plastic and metal utensils for cooking and baking, ladles, forceps,

pots and pans and their covers, mugs and cups, rag, sponge, cutting boards, kitchen washing detergent,

elec.water cooker(kettle), elec.mini oven, elec.grill toaster......TELEVISION(on the wall in that kitchen) and everything you need.

In front of the kitchen there are tables and chairs in Bamboo-reed shaded area (see picture),
where you can sit and eat or just socialize...
.... you can also find tables and chairs in front of the north side of the house! 
Guests also have access to an Outdoor barbeque and their own parking lots!
On the ground floor there that  big shared kitchen with Outdoor dining area in front and also an outdoor shower.
Rooms and bathrooms are located on the first and second floor!

BEACH:
50 - 250m from the house you can find pebble and gravel beaches,
two small cafes (on 2 different beaches), a mini grocery, post-office and 3 restaurants!
When going to the beach, you don't have to cross the street
because there is a little tunnel under the road that will lead you directly to beach!
(FIRST BEACH IS ONLY 2 min(about 70-100m) AWAY)!
There are several beaches nearby and they are all connected!

ONE-DAY TRIPS and NEARBY SIGHTS:
We organize daily fish picnic boat excursions to the island of Brac and the Canyon of Cetina River near Omis(from about 02.07 till 15.09)!
Fish picnics on the island of Brac: you will visit towns of Supetar, Pucisca or Postira or popular place Bol ! Lunch is included in the price (the menu: grilled fish, vine, salad, bread and juice!)
Night life: 2 small cafés ,out of which one is located on the beach(opens in the end of June), whereas the other is located above the beach, only 100 m away(opened whole year), disco clubs and bars in Omis and on Makarska Riviera.
Distances: Omis 8 km, Brela 7 km, Baska Voda 10 km, Makarska 24 km.,
You can also take a one-day excursion to the charming town of Omis, nearby Makarska or the nature park Biokovo or go rafting on the river Cetina...
You will be fascinated by the 1700-year history of the city of Split and its Diocletian Palace that is under the protection of UNESCO just like the town of Trogir, the ancient city of Salona...

BY CAR
Villa Sanja is situated on the Adriatic Coast, 29 km east from town Split, in the direction Makarska
near Omis(8 km) in a place called Lokva Rogoznica(part Ivasnjak)!
Upon reaching the town of Omis, continue driving for approximately 8 km.
Then you will see a tunnel. Upon passing the tunnel, continue driving for additional 150m and then turn left! You will see a restaurant Skalinada and a narrow road between the restaurant and a big yellow house!
Then go up the road.
The first house on your right (pine tree garden surrounded by a big brown fence and a gate)
is VILLA SANJA!

BY PLANE
There are buses that go frequently from Airport Split to Split Harbor! These buses stop near the harbor,
half-way between the Split waterfront (a promenade with palms and cafes) and the harbor.
The main bus station is located 200 m in the eastern direction (on Your left if You face the sea).
Then just cross the street!
Take the bus and buy a ticket to place called LOKVA ROGOZNICA
(any bus that goes in the direction Makarska, Imotski, Dubrovnik).
IMPORTANT: tell a driver that you are traveling to 'Lokva Rogoznica - after first tunnel'
or even better,
write the following text in Croatian: LOKVA ROGOZNICA ( IVASNJAK ) IZA PRVOG TUNELA
on a piece of paper and show it to the driver! (because Lokva Rogoznica has 3 bus stations!)
When you get off in Lokva Rogoznica, just cross the street and you will see a restaurant Skalinada and
a narrow road between the restaurant and a big yellow house!
Then go up the road.
The first house on your right (pine tree garden surrounded by a big brown fence and a gate)
is VILLA SANJA!

BY FERRY AND BY BUS:
Upon coming to Split, you will see the main bus station opposite the harbor! Then just cross the street!
Take the bus and buy a ticket to place called LOKVA ROGOZNICA
(any bus that goes in the direction Makarska, Imotski, Dubrovnik).
IMPORTANT: tell a driver that you are traveling to 'Lokva Rogoznica - after first tunnel'
or even better,
write the following text in Croatian: LOKVA ROGOZNICA ( IVASNJAK ) IZA PRVOG TUNELA

Main train station and Bus main station are next to each other, so when You come out of the train station go on the left (towards buses) for about 10-20 m !

IMPORTANT: tell a driver that you are traveling to 'Lokva Rogoznica - after first tunnel'
